I had a pleasant stay at Richmond Hotel Tokyo Shiba. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from both Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The room was clean and comfortable, although on the cozy side, and the staff were quite friendly and professional. I did find that English assistance could have been a bit more prevalent, but overall, my experience was very positive.
